Refer a friend
Give a year. Get a year
Invite someone who grows, or wants to. When they join and set up their garden in Vercro, you both get a year of Vercro Pro.
Free. Not a free trial. No card required.
How it works
Three steps, and nothing to chase
- Share your link from Profile, Refer a friend, in the app.
- Your friend joins and sets up their garden: at least one crop, and a first job, check or pick within 60 days.
- You each get a year of Vercro Pro. Vercro recognises it by itself, usually within a day.
Already on Pro?
You are never charged for a free year
If you pay for Pro, your year is saved and starts when your paid subscription ends. If you have Pro as a gift from us, it starts when that ends. Nothing is shortened, and years run one after another.
Questions
What does my friend need to do?
Join Vercro through your link, or enter your code in their first 30 days. Then, within 60 days of joining, set up their garden with at least one crop and record a first job, check or pick. Creating an account on its own does not count.
What do we each get?
A year (365 days) of Vercro Pro each. It is a gift, not a subscription: nothing renews and nothing is charged when it ends.
I already pay for Pro. Do I still benefit?
Yes. Your free year is saved and starts automatically when your paid subscription ends, so you are never charged for it. To use it, turn off renewal in the App Store, Google Play or Manage subscription on the web. You keep Pro to the end of the period you paid for, and the free year follows straight on.
Can I invite more than one friend?
Yes. You get a year for each friend who sets up, up to 5 years in total. Years run one after another. Every friend who sets up gets their own year, even after you reach 5.
Will my friend see who I am, or I see who they are?
Your friend chose to follow your link, so they know you invited them. In Vercro you see only how many friends joined and set up, never who they are.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. Your link is in the app under Profile, Refer a friend, on the web, iPhone and Android. A friend who joins in the iPhone or Android app can enter your code there.
Up to 5 years from referrals. One reward per new member. Rewards have no cash value. Read the Refer a friend terms.
