These Terms of Use (βTermsβ) govern your use of Vercro. Vercro is operated by Vercro Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17113010). Our registered office is 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX.
By using Vercro, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
Vercro is a digital gardening assistant that provides garden planning tools, task recommendations, crop tracking, and AI-generated insights and suggestions.
We may update, improve, or change the service at any time.
Vercro provides general guidance only. We do not guarantee crop success, yields, or outcomes.
AI-generated recommendations may not always be accurate, are based on typical conditions, and should not be relied on as professional horticultural advice.
You are responsible for all decisions you make based on information provided by Vercro.
You agree that you use Vercro at your own risk, you are responsible for your garden, crops, and actions, and you will use reasonable judgement when following recommendations.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Vercro.
To use Vercro, you will need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login details secure, and not share your account with others.
We may suspend or terminate accounts where there is misuse or breach of these Terms.
You can delete your account at any time from within the app (Profile β Settings β Delete account). On deletion, your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Vercro may offer paid subscriptions (Vercro Pro). Subscriptions may be purchased via the Apple App Store, the Google Play Store, or our website via Stripe.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Billing is handled by the platform used for purchase.
To cancel: Apple subscriptions via your device settings, Google subscriptions via the Play Store, and web subscriptions via your account settings.
Apple and Google subscriptions are subject to their own refund policies. Web subscriptions via Stripe are handled at our discretion unless otherwise required by law.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access systems or data you are not authorised to access, reverse engineer or copy the platform, or use Vercro for any unlawful purpose.
All content, software, and branding within Vercro are owned by Vercro Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the service without our prior written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vercro Ltd is not liable for crop failure, plant disease, financial loss, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.
Use of Vercro is at your own risk.
We aim to keep Vercro available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or withdraw the service for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service. You may stop using Vercro at any time.
On account deletion, your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are significant, we will notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use of Vercro after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.
Your use of Vercro is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at vercro.com/privacy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Subscriptions purchased via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to the refund policies of those platforms.
For subscriptions purchased directly via our website (processed by Stripe): we do not offer automatic refunds for subscription payments. Refunds may be issued at our discretion where appropriate. Requests must be made by contacting hello@vercro.com.
